At CFS Engineering, our expertise in the civil engineering and land surveying disciplines is evident during our first discussions with new clients.

We are in fact professional civil engineers and land surveyors well versed in boundary law, land use law, environmental regulations, engineering design, and construction. We often help clients, including real estate professionals, land use attorneys, developers, architects, and homeowners to realize equity and development potential in their property that they did not know existed.

We combine our zoning and historical property research and analysis with an evaluation of site features and potential regulatory constraints. We then develop a preliminary site plan to suit the design objective and outline design constraints and opportunities. Once the feasibility of the project is determined, we are in a position to determine the most straightforward entitlement strategy to achieve the project objective.

At this juncture, we are in a position to arrange meetings with key government staff members to determine application requirements, prepare project timelines, develop fee estimates, and move forward with design.
